Pilates focusing on Abdominal Strength

We're just finishing up my most popular Pilates community class to date at Rocky Mountain Rehabilitation -- focus on abdominal strength.  It has been a very enjoyable class with lots of comments, "don't make me laugh" the next day...love that work out feeling.  I'm also very proud of my class participants for all giving their best on kneeling stability on the ball.  We all got to quadruped on the ball; most reaching upright kneeling.  Here are a few pics of our favorite moves during this class.
