Welcome to my blog!

Scientists at Yale University have identified a "worry gene".  While it may be inherited, we can choose to overcome it.  Researchers find that 40% of the things we worry about never happen, 30% are in the past and can't be helped, 12% involve the affairs of others that are none of our business, and 10% relate to sickness (real or imagined).  That leaves 8% of things we worry about to actually happen.  Have faith, my fellow readers, do not worry about what others may think about your posts on this blog; your question is important to you, your comment may help another, and you give me great joy to keep putting the physical therapy "puzzle" together!
